Daily journal November 16, 2000, The heartland has spoken, America divided.

The big city states went Democratic while the Midwest went Republican. A majority of the vote was for Gore from the border states on the perimeter including New York and California. However, in the vast Midland the people wanted change from Washington and corruption we have witnessed growing every year. This is demonstrated in that they voted for a man that has not given a clear answer to any question yet and appears to know nothing that is associated with any intelligence whatsoever. Neither man can now really claim to be the president and it will be tied up in court forever with actions of appeals like O.J. Simpson. Our election system is surely flawed and our government is corrupt and is on both sides. We are hanging in the ballots lacking and found wanting with no real leadership but big government and increased spending and mounting debt and compromise with the world big bad system of religion and rulership, this will be the end of this so-called democracy and the election system and the electoral college which protects us from ourselves. Lord, may we look ahead to the great world beyond this mess man has made, to Thee. Mounting pressure will increase for reparations to correct the past and appease of future until the population at large rebels as history reveals it will when oppressed and high tax. Slavery is a bad word here now but is still going on in the world with communist China and hundreds more. The American Indian should have the first right to reparations. The aborted babies should have the most right to ask for reparations. Consider the life of the black people here today compared to starving Africa in most of their 140 countries. Most are still enslaved by people or governments or dead. A very bad thing has turned out good for the black race. We are all slaves to God willing or not. Is the Jew asking the todays Germans to pay? Wives are slaves to husbands and husbands to wives. Kids are slave to parents. Women only got their right to vote about 80 years ago, who do we pay for this? Be content in whatever state you are in. The Romans were masters of slavery and may owe us all reparations. Can we dig up Babylon and collect reparations? Can we charge Egypt for 400 years of Hebrew slavery? Can we charge the Jews for 100 years of sweat shop slavery of the South making garments? Does Castro not hold an island of slaves? Over 1 billion Chinese cannot travel out of town or have but one child. Count your many blessings and see what God has done. The system made a slave out of me by taking away everything we had. Why should I worry about millions lost when Heaven is so very rich? Via international slave trade and the transport of slaves on the high seas. No American went to Africa to capture native people because they were captured and sold to the marketeers by their black brothers where they were already slaves or victims of internal wars, the whole world was involved in the trade or use of slaves. The Yankee traders were first to deal them to work in the factories but it did not work out so they were later sold to the Southern Plantation owners to pick cotton. The CivilWar was not to free slaves but over taxes or tariffs on cotton grown in the South and shipped up North. America paid its price with 500,000 lives. If reparations are due it should be from Dixie, represented only by the Rebel flag just taken down from the dome of the state house. The Confederate is dead with no assets and that is where the claim for reparations should be filed. Let us never take the advantage of any person on earth. Trust in the Lord and put Him first in all of our lives and He will reward us with eternal life.
